Sparkling Angel Charities volunteers provided free EKG screenings
to more than 1900 students at ten local high schools and community
colleges in the past year. Since the free screening program
was started in 2006, more than 5,600 students have been screened.
Sparkling Angel Charities launched a program to provide free
EKG screenings at local schools. The first screening was conducted
at Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California. Over 350
students participated.
Sparkling Angel Charities hosted a fun-filled and successful
event at the Marconi Automotive Museum in Tustin, CA. Proceeds
from the event were used to purchase six portable Philips
EKG machines and supplies to be used for screenings at local
high schools.
Providence Speech & Hearing Center hosted a gala ribbon-cutting
ceremony to mark the formal opening of the new "Sparkling
Angel Charities Playground" in celebration of Kelly Weaver.
